Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a local team of self-employed Sales Executives. You will recruit, coach and develop your team, drive customer acquisition, and ensure compliant finance presentations. You will work with Regional management to hit targets, manage pricing, and report on progress.

The role offers hybrid working with strong training and development, OTE potential and path to senior leadership within a trusted UK home improvement brand.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience in home improvements or related sales environments.
• Experience recruiting self-employed sales professionals.
• Proactive, results-driven with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of self-employed Sales Executives.
• Drive recruitment of self-employed Sales Representatives and Marketing roles.
• Provide training, coaching and development to the sales team.
• Encourage lead generation and manage internal leads and approved methods.
• Present Finance options in line with FCA rules and company policies.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to meet targets and maximise conversions.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports.
