Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking ambitious sales professionals to join a self-employed team in the UK. You'll be trained quickly to know products inside out and sell confidently to customers in their homes or via our remote framework. Earn substantial uncapped commissions with supported leads and full training from head office.

You'll need to be self-motivated, proactive, and able to drive with a UK licence and own car. OTE £75k–£100k, plus bonuses and rewards, with a clear path to success.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm sales leads and visit customers at home or via remote selling.
• Deliver persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
• Educate customers about Anglian Home Improvements products and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Work with customers to meet their requirements and ensure quality delivery.
• Be proactive, flexible with workloads and hours; provide high levels of customer service.
