Job summary

Lanova Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Peterborough to lead and coach a team of six Junior and Senior Brokers. You will drive performance, set KPIs, monitor metrics, and ensure quality customer outcomes in a hands-on leadership role.

The role emphasizes developing individuals, implementing improvement plans, and maintaining robust CRM data in a compliant, high-performance environment. Hybrid working arrangements are available in Peterborough.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a small to medium-sized sales team (5–10 people).
• Background in automotive sales, automotive finance, or financial services.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• Proven track record against targets and KPIs.
• Analytical with ability to use data to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6 Junior & Senior Brokers.
• Conduct regular 1-to-1s, reviews and coaching sessions.
• Set and manage individual and team KPIs and sales targets.
• Monitor conversion rates, call volumes, and revenue.
• Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline and performance data.
• Ensure high compliance and customer outcomes.
• Build a high-performing sales culture.
