Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking proactive sales and business development representatives to expand our customer base across the UK. You will engage customers at their homes or through our remote selling framework, converting leads into sales with strong consultative selling.

Training is provided to maximise your growth potential. The role offers uncapped earnings with an OTE of £75k-£100k, plus a comprehensive support package and incentives.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, confident communicator with customers at senior levels.
• Experience in home improvements or related field preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and own car required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm sales leads and visit customers at home or via remote selling framework.
• Deliver persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
• Educate customers on products/services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Work with customers to meet requirements and ensure first-time-right delivery.
