Base Salary: £65-£75k + bonus and benefits
Location: HQ Brighton
As a Sales Manager, this is your chance to own and build out the Fibre Optic sales unit for a telecom equipment procurement specialist. The distributor has established itself as a key partner to UK Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and has major agreements with global network infrastructure suppliers, enabling them to offer exclusive products at market-leading prices.
You will be supported by experienced owners and founders with strong reputations in the ISP market, along with a back-office team comprising BDMs, Customer Success, Marketing, Graphic Designers, and Copywriters to help you achieve your goals.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a business unit from the front, with potential to build and shape your team over time. It requires a passionate hunter with expertise in sales strategies, go-to-market plans, and opening new doors.
