A leading fresh produce company in Kent is seeking a Fresh Produce Sales Manager to join their non-retail sales team. This role involves driving performance, managing customer relationships, and expanding market offerings in the fresh produce sector. We have a great new opportunity for a Fresh Produce Sales Manager to join a well-respected, successful Fresh Produce company based in Kent. They have developed an enviable business model through technology and innovation to serve UK retail and non-retail customers with fruit, salads, and organic produce year-round.
They are looking for a sales professional to join their non-retail sales team and work with the Head of Non-Retail to develop and expand their existing offerings in primary and secondary wholesale, fresh prepared foods, foodservice, and other customer portfolios. You should have a good understanding of how non-retail markets operate, likely dealing with UK home delivery companies, processors, packers, and category managers. Your role will involve driving performance across the team and external stakeholders, as well as introducing new customers and suppliers.
You will help manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and maximizing sales opportunities.
