Job summary

Eurofins Forensic Services (EFS) in the Midlands seeks a Sales Manager to lead the Workplace Drug Testing (WDT) sales team. Based at our Tamworth site, you will design and execute strategies to grow the customer base and revenue in line with the Business Line plan.

You will manage sales executives, forecast and set annual quotas, and ensure delivery of EBIT targets. The role requires deep knowledge of the workplace drug testing market, strong leadership, and a track record of B2B growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the workplace drug testing market.
• Experience managing sales teams and delivering growth in B2B settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the customer base and revenue.
• Lead and coach sales executives, align activities with the Business Line strategy.
