Cars2 Limited in Wakefield is launching a new dealership and seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the showroom from day one. You will develop and drive sales strategy, manage a team, and build a high-performing operation around EV awareness and digital sales.

The role offers up to £75,000 OTE, a company car, a 5-day week with weekends on a rota, pension and life assurance, and career growth as Cars2 expands across Yorkshire.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Automotive Business Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Sales Exec in a franchise environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to inspire a showroom team.
• Understanding of modern automotive retail trends, including EVs and digital sales funnels.
