Zotefoams plc is a world leader in cellular material technology, headquartered in Croydon, UK, with additional manufacturing sites in Kentucky, USA and Brzeg, Poland, Oklahoma, USA (foam products manufacture and conversion)and Jiangsu Province, China (T-FIT).

We produce lightweight foams for various markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive and healthcare. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and sells advanced insulation systems

The Company is on a fast growth path, with strong revenue and profitability growth in recent years and ambitious growth plans for the near future.

About the Role:

The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities across EMEA territories, leading the charge on strategic partnerships, customer growth and revenue delivery. This high-impact role is suited to someone with a strong commercial background and leadership potential.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales revenue targets across the EMEA region
  • Represent Zotefoams at industry events and trade exhibitions
  • Collaborate with marketing to tailor go-to-market strategies
  • Analyse market trends and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Support development of customer-specific solutions
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing

What you'll need:

  • Degree level education, ideally technical or commercial
  • B2B sales experience with exposure to channel strategies
  • Commercial acumen with an eye for growth opportunities
  • Flexibility to travel frequently
