A leading company in education is seeking a Sales Manager to join their Digital Sales team. This permanent, full-time position involves leading a sales team, meeting ambitious targets, and utilizing a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial sales skills and experience in the higher education sector, with a hybrid working policy in place.
We are currently seeking new Sales Managers - Education (internally known as Student Recruitment Managers) to join our Digital Sales team.
The Sales Manager (Education) will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve growth targets with our partners. Utilizing a consultative sales process, they will coach and develop their team, balancing product knowledge with traditional sales skills to secure customer commitment. We seek energetic individuals who can motivate their team and improve core sales skills.
In a dynamic market, we aim to attract candidates with strong commercial sales skills applicable to a service and educational environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced sales setting with a proven track record of meeting ambitious sales targets through team efforts. Experience in student recruitment is desirable.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working policy. The sales team currently attends our Head Office in Cambridge two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
Salary: £44,522 + on-target bonus potential of £21,000
