Job summary

Une agence dynamique recherche un spécialiste pour diriger son département Accessoires. Le rôle exige de guider les clients tout au long de leur parcours de vente, d'assister les équipes de vente, ainsi que de collaborer avec diverses marques et équipes internes. Ce rôle idéal pour une personne aimant le travail d'équipe et possédant une expérience en gestion de compte dans le secteur des accessoires.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 1,5 an d'expérience dans une agence de gros.
  • Expérience antérieure avec des marques de bijoux, accessoires et chaussures.

Responsibilities

  • Diriger l'équipe des accessoires en intégrant de nouveaux partenaires.
  • Organiser des rendez-vous clients et des présentations en showroom.
  • Gérer les sélections/commandes via JOOR.

Job description

Role:

Directly responsible for driving growth on our new Accessories department, working on brands across jewellery, leather goods and footwear. While working in close collaboration with the brands and wider sales team; providing excellent customer service when guiding the customer throughout the sales process. Important that you are a clear, confident, and a friendly communicator, comfortable in a fast-paced, multi brand environment.

You will offer our customers the highest level of support and guidance throughout their journey with us, from booking in appointments to showroom walk throughs, talking customers through collections, raising selections and orders, and successfully negotiating terms.

At Arddun Agency we pride ourselves on a seamless wholesale experience, building and nurturing our relationships with partners while working closely and in partnership with brands, and different teams across the company.

Key responsibilities:

· Directly driving the Accessories team by successfully onboarding new partners and working towards seasonal budgets

· Reaching out to existing and prospect customers and booking in global market appointments

· Leading showroom appointments; walking wholesale customers through collections and providing clear and detailed product information

· Raising selections / and orders into JOOR and communicating these back to customers and brands within market deadlines

· Providing support across Sales Team and working alongside Merchandising, PR and Design teams

· Enthusiastic and hands on – team player

· Self-motivated and able to work to deadlines

Skills & Experience

· Minimum of 1.5-year experience within wholesale agency

· Previous experience working with Jewellery, Accessories and Footwear brands and account management
