Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales - Watford and Harrow

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 + great bonus, company car or car allowance, & home-based contract

At Brakes, we have ambitious growth plans. If you're experienced in Field Sales or eager to develop a career in sales within the Food Service industry, we offer a fantastic opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join our Independent Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Model our Company Values and Purpose
  2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on the independent sector
  3. Achieve profitable volume growth by growing and retaining customers
  4. Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, offering value-added solutions and products
  5. Monitor competitor activity to ensure our offerings are competitive
  6. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on new customer requirements and handovers
  7. Represent the Brakes brand locally

You should be highly customer-focused, resilient, self-motivated, and driven to meet targets. We value continuous learning and offer development opportunities, with potential progression into various commercial roles. Familiarity with our modernisation initiatives and new technologies, such as Salesforce, would be advantageous.
