Sales Manager – Kitchens & Bedrooms
Location: Slough
Salary: £25,000 Basic + 1st year OTE £40,000 + Bens

Are you passionate about sales and looking for an exciting opportunity to work with stunning kitchen and bedroom designs? We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team in Slough. If you have sales experience in any sector – whether it’s cars, furniture, phones, or design – we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed in this creative and rewarding role. 1st year OTE of £40K is realistic, and you’ll have opportunity to progress to Store Manager in the future, where three figure OTE's are possible. This is a weekend sale led business, so as Sales Manager you will work every Saturday & Sunday with two days off in the week. Due to the structure of the company and other sales consultants within the business, this is a non-negotiable but it’s also where you will earn your commission. These are all London based stores, where OTE earning potential is high. Several of their Store Managers, and support team have also relocated to the US where the brand is rapidly expanding.

Sales Manager – Responsibilities

- Leading and supporting a team of designers to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Guiding customers through the process of creating their dream kitchen or bedroom, from initial consultation to completion.

- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless design journey.

- Offering tailored advice on layouts, finishes, and functionality to meet customers’ needs.

- Staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations in kitchen and bedroom design.

Sales Manager – Desired Experience

- Previous sales experience in any field – training on design and product knowledge will be provided.
