Job summary

Leisure People Recruitment is seeking a Sales Manager to lead pre-sales and launch a premium fitness and wellness club in Sheffield. The role involves running the sales team, achieving targets, and coordinating with senior management and marketing to drive pre-sales success.

The position offers a 32k base salary with an OTE of around 50k, with a structured bonus scheme and a strong commission potential, along with holiday, pension and employee benefits at a premium leisure venue.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets both personally and for the team.
• Ensure the team maintains the lead-to-conversion ratio.
• Build and develop partnerships in corporate, residential and sporting communities.
• Strong database management; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Collaborate with the GM and Operations Manager and central marketing on campaigns.
• Produce reports and data in coordination with regional management.
• Manage your own rota with a 1 weekend in 2 requirement.

Sales Manager – New Opening - Premium Fitness Club

Sheffield 32K basic OTE 50K

I am looking for a sales manager to run the pre-sales and to launch a premium fitness and wellness club in Sheffield. My client have comprehensively beaten sales numbers on all their latest new openings providing the incoming sales manager with a fantastic opportunity to hit a pre-sales bonus of £2500 and then a monthly bonus well in excess of £1000 for hitting both individual and team targets, The club boasts the latest Technogym equipment, will have 4 studios including Reformer Pilates, pool, sauna and steam room and will be one of the very best health clubs in the region employing a full time team of around 25 staff.

We are keen to hear from candidates who have a strong and successful track record in managing sales teams working within a premium leisure, hospitality or premium B2C business.

Key responsibilities include:

• To meet and exceed monthly sales targets both personally and for the team.
• Ensure your team meets the key metric of lead to conversion ratio.
• Build and develop key partnerships in the corporate, residential and sporting communities.
• Strong database management and compliance, Salesforce experience preferred.
• Work closely with the GM and Operations Manager as the senior members within the club.
• Work closely with the central marketing team to deliver campaigns and promotions.
• Produce reports and data, working closely with the regional management team.
• Responsible for your own rota, expected to work 1 weekend in 3.

You will work a 40-hr week, 5 days out of 7 and on shifts, typically between the hours of 9am -9pm Mon to Wed, 9am - 8pm Thursday, 9am - 7pm Friday. 9am -5pm at weekends. You will be expected to work a minimum of 1 weekend in 2 .
