  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm or 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Working 1 in 3 Saturdays, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (Lieu day given)
  • 28 days annual leave
What you’ll be doing
  • You will play a pivotal role in selling, negotiating, and managing premium properties across South Manchester.
  • Your responsibilities will include booking viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments, and sales progression duties.
  • Providing the highest level of customer service to all clients.
  • To excel in this role, you’ll need to be confident speaking with premium property owners and understanding the residential property market.
What you will have
  • Experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer
  • Ability to communicate with high-profile clients and meet their high expectations
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
