David Lloyd Leisure Colchester is seeking a Sales Manager to mentor and lead a team of sales consultants, driving the prospect journey and member experience. You will plan and inspire the team to achieve club monthly new member targets, analyzing sales data and feedback to steer strategy.

The role requires evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed, with uncapped commissions and a focus on delivering exceptional fitness and leisure experiences for members and their families.
