The Marble Arch Hotel, one of our 4-star properties from the “by Thistle” collection is located just off Oxford Street and a short walk from the West End and Hyde Park. With 692 stylish and spacious bedrooms, unique dining spaces, and 13 meeting rooms, join an exciting and vibrant team to help deliver an excellent guest experience.

What you’ll be doing

As Sales Manager, you will be a driving force in maximizing revenue across our hotels by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. You will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to ensure long-term success.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with your team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to assess market trends, track performance metrics, and provide insights that inform strategic decisions. As a leader, you will mentor and develop your team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
