ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES

• Create and execute a sales and events business plan for the venue, detailing clear targets and objectives for oneself and the sales team
• Responsibility for handling larger and/or more complex enquiries/sales activity via phone, Collins and email
• Manage the venue's Collins CRM system
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure event requirements are met.
• Stay updated on venue offerings, menus, packages, and pricing.
• Identify opportunities for new offerings, upselling, and cross-selling.
