They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their boutique wine importing company. Your role as the Sales Manager will include:

• Driving business growth by increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the Prestige & Luxury on-trade sector (pubs, bars, restaurants)
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships
• Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and company goals
• Collaborating with the team to understand and communicate the stories behind our wine selections
• Regularly meeting with customers to discuss products, market trends, and growth opportunities
• Representing the brand at tastings, events, and industry gatherings

Ideal candidate profile:

• A proven track record in sales within the wine, spirits, or premium beverage industry
• A strong network of contacts in high-end bars and restaurants
• Deep knowledge and passion for global wines, especially artisanal categories
• Experience in selling wine, negotiating, and pricing
