WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

In your role as an Account Manager, no day will be the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  2. Demonstrating our innovative products and state-of-the-art software on-site.
  3. Developing ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
  4. Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the CRM system Salesforce.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Customer-facing or sales experience in any industry.
  • A solution-oriented approach to uncover customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

  • Resilience and adaptability to engage with all customer levels.
  • Drive and motivation to succeed and overcome challenges.
  • Curiosity and a passion for learning and growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage time and priorities autonomously.
  • Essential: Full manual UK driving license to visit customers on-site five days a week. Please disclose points and expiry dates if applicable.
