Position: Sales Manager (Field Based – Hereford, 2 days per week in the office)

Salary: Up to £40,000 + travel allowance + GREAT commission scheme

Are you interested in working for a rapidly scaling challenger in the premium drinks industry? Our client is seeking a commercially-minded Sales Manager to expand and develop their on-trade presence across the UK.

Having quadrupled revenue month-on-month since launch, this brand is entering its next growth phase, with on-trade being a key focus. This role offers high impact for someone skilled in sales and scaling business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Expand the brand’s presence in bars, pubs, restaurants, and hotels.
  2. Acquire new customers and maintain regular orders.
  3. Establish relationships with distributors and manage key partnerships.
  4. Develop pricing strategies and commercial terms.
  5. Implement tools and systems to monitor and manage sales.
  6. Enhance collaboration between sales, operations, logistics, and marketing teams.
  7. Represent the brand at tastings, events, and trade shows.
  8. Collaborate with the founders on strategic planning.
About You
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or commercial roles, preferably in drinks or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the UK on-trade market and success strategies.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Enjoys both selling and process improvement.
  • Comfortable using data and tools to track performance.
  • Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, growing environments.
