The Role

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Manager to join our Sales team in the EMEA region, specifically supporting our growth in the UK market. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and securing new clients, fostering long-term relationships, and driving significant business expansion. You will work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams to refine our market approach and lead the way in building strong, value-driven partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Actively pursue new clients through strategic prospecting, outreach, and other lead generation activities, prioritising sustainable growth by acquiring new clients.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to achieve and exceed sales targets. Engage with internal teams in Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to adapt our strategies to local market needs while maintaining alignment with our global vision.
  • Manage a healthy, active pipeline, take responsibility for forecasting, tracking progress, and ensuring that you are consistently on target to exceed goals.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that build trust and promote long-term partnerships based on RMS’s value-driven solutions.
  • Regularly present sales opportunities and market trends, engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and strategic alignment.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success in driving new business in industries such as hospitality or SaaS. Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and product demonstration techniques.
  • A results-focused mindset with a passion for closing deals and driving growth. The ability to overcome challenges and thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment will be key.
  • A collaborative spirit that emphasises teamwork and relationship-building. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs, ensuring long-term success for RMS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, peers, and stakeholders in a respectful, culturally sensitive manner.
