Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Manager to launch and grow the UK operation of an online booking platform. You will grow a portfolio of hotel, event, entertainment and attraction partners across London and the UK, securing exclusive offers and developing long-term relationships.

The role is remote with a generous salary and bonus. You will lead a small UK team (2–3 people), identify new commercial opportunities and collaborate with colleagues in Germany to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in events, entertainment, attractions, hospitality or travel.
• Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the London market and ideally an existing industry network.
• Confident, personable and commercially minded.
• Fluent English; a second language is a plus.
• Ambitious and motivated to build and lead a team.
