Job Title: Sales Manager (UNO Hotels - London Properties)

UNO Hotels is a growing collection of boutique and lifestyle properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences with a personalized touch. Our London portfolio features a range of unique hotels, each offering its own distinctive charm.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead and expand the sales efforts across all UNO Hotels properties in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue, securing corporate and group bookings, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve occupancy, revenue, and market share targets across all UNO Hotels London properties.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, travel trade, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and group segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agents, corporate clients, event organizers, and other business partners.
  • Conduct regular site visits, hotel tours, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts aligned with UNO Hotels’ standards and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create sales campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning initiatives.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry functions to promote the brand and properties.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
  • Ensure optimal brand presence across all sales channels.
  • Work closely with hotel General Managers and Operations teams to align sales initiatives with service delivery.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in hotel sales, preferably across multiple properties or groups.
  • Strong network within the London corporate, travel, and event sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of revenue management principles and hotel booking systems (e.g., PMS/CRM systems).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Flexible to travel between UNO Hotels London properties when needed.
