Job summary

i2i Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a senior sales leader in the United Kingdom to coach and manage a high-performing team, delivering consistent targets and revenue growth. The role focuses on developing strategic plans, mentoring staff, and presenting results to senior leadership.

You will foster a collaborative sales culture, analyse performance data and implement development plans to maximise business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales leadership or management role, ideally with at least 2 years' experience at Team Leader or Management level
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Experience preparing and presenting reports to senior management or board level
• Strong understanding of KPI-driven environments and performance management
• Excellent problem-solving, organisational and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and motivating the sales team to consistently achieve targets and drive business performance
• Creating a positive, collaborative and high-performing sales culture
• Setting clear objectives, managing workloads and monitoring individual and team performance
• Delivering structured onboarding and ongoing training and development
• Identifying skills gaps and implementing tailored development plans
• Reviewing and analysing sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, grow existing business and maximise revenue
• Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the wider commercial strategy
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring consistently high levels of customer service
• Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts and performance updates to senior management
• Providing day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to the team, addressing challenges and keeping performance on track
