Job summary

Park's Motor Group is seeking a Sales Manager in Dumfries to lead our Chery Sales team and build lasting customer relationships. You will drive revenue, coach staff, and manage budgets to maximise profit while delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in motor retail, strong leadership, and solid financial acumen. The role offers company benefits and a path to career growth within a reputable dealer group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail motor industry.
• Proven leadership and drive with strong customer focus.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet budgets and targets.
• Track record of improving sales, profit and CSI metrics.
• Proactive management style with IT literacy including Kerridge.

The Right Person Will

• Have a minimum of 2-years relevant experience in the retail motor industry.
• Have drive, ambition and excellent leadership skills.
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen, along with knowledge of the motor industry.
• Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in maximising financial objectives, including the ability to work towards targets relating to budget, sales, profit and CSI.
• Have the ability to maximise both volume and profitability whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Have excellent written, analytical and numerical skills.
• Have a proactive management style that reinforces the corporate values.
• Be IT literate (knowledge of Kerridge would be desirable).
