Job summary

Park's Coatbridge, part of Park's Motor Group, seeks a dynamic Business Manager to build relationships with customers and the team in Coatbridge. You will be a self-motivated leader, delivering excellent service and guiding staff to meet business goals.

In this role you will facilitate finance and insurance product sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain training and policy compliance while reporting to the General Manager and Brand Franchise Manager.

Qualifications

To facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products for customers.
To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
Meeting with or speaking to all customers who are in the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle to qualify their eligibility and suitability of available products.
Monitors overall department performance.
To deliver customer service and support in line with Consumer Duty and to Treat Customers Fairly.
Maintain and develop good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
Collect relevant Management Information (MI).
Ensures that all Park’s Motor Group policies and objectives are followed.
To complete and maintain their required training at all times.
Report to General Manager & Brand Franchise Manager.

Responsibilities

Sell finance and insurance products to customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Engage with customers buying new or used vehicles to assess product eligibility.
Monitor department performance and reporting.
Deliver compliant customer service per Consumer Duty and TCF.
Build lasting relationships with customers beyond a sale.
