Job summary

Park's Carlisle is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to build ongoing customer and team relationships. This role requires a self-motivated leader who can deliver excellent customer service and drive performance in a busy dealership environment in Carlisle.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products for customers.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
Meet with or speak to customers in the process of purchasing a vehicle to qualify eligibility and suitability of products.
Monitor overall department performance.
Deliver customer service in line with Consumer Duty and Treat Customers Fairly.
Maintain and develop relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding expectations.
Collect relevant Management Information (MI).
Follow Park’s Motor Group policies and objectives.
Complete and maintain required training at all times.
Report to General Manager & Brand Franchise Manager.

The Right Person Will Be Required

To facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products for customers.

Meeting with or speaking to all customers who are in the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle in order to qualify their eligibility and suitability of available products.
