Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Sales Manager to mentor and lead a team of sales consultants, delivering an exceptional prospect journey and member experience while achieving club monthly new member targets. You will analyze sales data and feedback to inform data-driven strategies, drive performance, and collaborate across teams.

The role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required, with uncapped commission and opportunities for career

About You

As a Sales Manager we are looking for someone who :

• Has p revious experience within a fast-paced sales environment (within the leisure sector is desirable but not essential)
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams.
• A passion for all things health and fitness .
• A s trategic mindset with a commercial edge
• Overall great communication and collaboration skills
• A self-starter who takes pride in " delivering a quality" sales experience
