Purpose of the Role

This role covers the following territories: Brighton, Crawley, Eastbourne, Sevenoaks, and Eastbourne. Are you interested in working for a world-class, multi-award-winning field marketing agency, currently holding the title of Agency of the Year?

Your role as a full-time, permanent team member will be representing Unilever's ice cream brands, including Ben & Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum. You will work with colleagues responsible for increasing brand performance, awareness, and availability across UK small-format grocery retailers. Your responsibilities include retail store visits within a defined territory, driving distribution, availability, sales, and brand engagement using data tools.

Responsibilities of the Role
  • Visiting grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with key decision-makers and add value to the store.
  • Using data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions to improve product distribution and availability.
  • Negotiating with store decision-makers to ensure maximum distribution and availability, increasing sales and brand awareness.
  • Identifying problems, opportunities, and gathering retailer and competitor intelligence in-store.
  • Following Dee Set's proven processes to make a difference for clients.
  • Delivering professional and effective store calls.
  • Recording and completing information on an iPad using bespoke software.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the independents, wholesale, and convenience sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Passion for building brand awareness and motivated by results.
  • Ability to deliver results at the store level.
  • Data-driven with analytical skills.
  • Full UK manual driving license.
