Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant in Renfrew to drive member sign-ups and build strong customer relationships within our club environment.

You will split time between telephone outreach and on-site club tours, aiming to meet personal and team sales targets while delivering a premium member experience. Evening/weekend availability is required, with generous commission and member perks included.

Qualifications

• Is target driven with excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Has a passion for health and fitness.
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Hit the phones, inspire and spread DL values to prospective members within an office environment.
• On-board new members to ensure premium after-care service and achieve sales targets.
