We are an independent Estate Agent situated in the heart of West Oxfordshire with offices in Chipping Norton and surrounding areas. We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join our expanding team as a Sales Manager based in our Chipping Norton office.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Engage with potential vendors/buyers to ascertain their requirements

Carry out market appraisals

Organise viewings and accompany buyers on viewings

Negotiate and agree offers

Enter correct details relating to properties, vendors and buyers in the Alto system

Prepare brochures with photos and excellent written descriptions

Keep records, computerised and manual, up to date

Provide excellent customer service to all parties

Provide telephone, email and office reception duties

Communicate with clients weekly ensuring they are fully up to date at all times

Complete money laundering checks

Contribute to the management of social medial profiles

Assist in marketing activities

Carry out ad hoc other duties as required

Candidate requirements:

Preferably you will have previous experience within Estate Agency

A thorough understanding of the property sales process

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Efficient administration and organisation skills

Professional, friendly telephone manner

Knowledge of the local area

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
