Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Coventry is seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. The role splits 70% on prospecting calls to convert memberships and 30% on showcasing our clubs to deliver a premium experience.

Evenings, weekends and public holidays may be required. We offer uncapped commission, free club membership for you and your family, discounts on food, drinks, swimming, tennis, training, plus career progression and on-demand pay options.

Qualifications

• Target driven with strong admin and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness and delivering quality sales experiences.
• Self-starter with a proactive sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and upgrades to prospective members.
• Hit individual and team sales targets and onboard new members.
• Provide premium after-care and club induction experiences.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment . The other 30% of your role will inspir e and showcas e our amazing clubs , achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensur e they receive a premium after-care service .

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required .
