Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Scotland. The role involves 70% phone outreach to prospective members, 30% club visits to showcase facilities, and driving sales targets while onboarding new members for premium after-care.

Evenings, weekends and public holidays may be required. We offer uncapped commissions, free club membership for you and your family, and discounts on food, drinks, and facilities such as swimming, tennis, and personal training.

Qualifications

• Target driven with excellent admin and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness and a proactive mindset.
• Self-starter who delivers a quality sales experience.
• Previous sales experience is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Dialing prospective members and promoting DL values.
• Inspire and showcase our clubs to potential members.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• On-board new members to ensure premium after-care.

The other 30% of your role will inspir e and showcas e our amazing clubs , achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensur e they receive a premium after-care service .

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required .
