Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team. The role involves 70% outbound calls to prospective members and 30% club showcasing in an office setting, with a focus on achieving sales targets while on-boarding new members for premium after-care.

The role requires evening, weekend, and public holiday work. We offer uncapped commissions, free family club membership, and various discounts, with opportunities for internal training and career progression.

Qualifications

• About you: Is target driven, with excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Has a passion for all things health and fitness.
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Hit the phones to reach prospective members in an office environment.
• Inspire and showcase DL values to prospects.
• On-board new members to ensure premium after-care service.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets; role includes evenings, weekends and public holidays.
