This role focuses on hitting targets, leveraging relationship-building skills to grow a pipeline of prospects, increase sales revenue, and grow the member base. You will have the platform to create your own success story through David Lloyd’s challenger method of selling.

What does the role entail for a Sales Manager?

  • Achieving personal KPIs and team targets
  • Attending Head of Department meetings and collaborating with the wider club team
  • Selling memberships directly and leading by example to meet sales targets
  • Identifying local community opportunities to generate inquiries and engage with charities, schools, and businesses
