Your Way Sales Consultant - Homebased / Field Sales

Location: Brighton

Salary: Up to £40,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

KFF is a regional food wholesaler with around 250 colleagues based near Maidstone, Kent. We are part of Sysco, the world’s largest foodservice provider with over 65,000 colleagues globally. KFF has a family feel with a close-knit team, supplying both local pub and restaurant customers as well as delivering directly to caterers.

We have ambitious growth plans and are launching a new offering called “Your Way” within our Independent Sales business. As a Your Way Consultant, you'll be responsible for winning and maximizing business in your own dedicated neighborhood of just a mile square. Key Responsibilities:

1. Gain, grow, and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets.
2. Research your target audience and identify opportunities within your territory.
3. Build and leverage strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs.
4. Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts and tracking activity.
5. Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions and products.
6. Monitor competitor activity and proposals to ensure you offer the best local solutions to your customers.

Ideal Candidate:

We seek someone who can win new business and maximize sales from existing customers. You should be commercially savvy, proficient in Excel, and skilled at building relationships. A passion for sales is essential. Food industry experience is a plus but not required.
