What Will You Do as an Account Manager?

A Hilti account manager is not just a salesperson—you’re a trusted partner to our customers, helping them find the right solutions to drive their business forward.

  • Build Relationships: Partner closely with construction professionals, understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Use your expertise to consult, upsell, and help customers achieve success with Hilti’s world-class products, software, and services.
  • Own Your Territory: You’ll manage a specific territory, building long-term partnerships and expanding our customer base.
  • Develop & Progress: Whether you want to grow into a leadership role, work in a different function, or move to a different area, your future at Hilti is full of possibilities.
New to Construction?

Hilti operates in one of the largest industries globally, but most people who join our sales team have little to no experience in construction. It’s amazing how much you can learn in a short space of time when surrounded by supportive colleagues who have been on the same journey as you.

  • Competitive base salary reviewed annually - Earn at least a 10% increase after two consecutive years of high performance
  • Quarterly bonus based on performance - uncapped potential
