Job description

Location: Basingstoke, RG24 8EH (Monday to Friday, 9 am–5:30 pm)

Contract Type: Permanent

Description:

As part of the team, you’ll:

  1. Contribute to the annual team budget aligned with departmental goals and growth plans.
  2. Maintain a high performing team by recognising strong performance and proactively addressing underperformance.
  3. Provide regular team coaching sessions.
  4. Collaborate with a dynamic and driven team to create impactful sales strategies to support brand objectives.
  5. Conduct monthly one-to-ones to review performance and set clear objectives.
