AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters in Bournemouth is seeking a Sales & Lettings Negotiator for a full-time role. Base salary £22k–£25k with realistic £35k–£42k On Target Earnings and an initial guarantee around £28k for the first three months.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating and negotiating sales and lettings opportunities
• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings
• Building relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants
• Supporting the team in achieving targets and business growth
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all stages of the property journey

Essential skills and experience:

• Proven customer service experience
• Experience working towards and exceeding targets (not necessarily in property)
• A positive, can-do attitude with high levels of drive and motivation
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of clients
• Professional, calm, and credible manner
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Previous experience in estate agency, lettings or sales - Preferred but not essential
