Are you organised, proactive, and looking to build your career in property? Garton Jones is seeking a bright and driven Sales & Lettings Coordinator to join our busy team at our flagship Chelsea Bridge office.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing property team in one of London’s most sought-after locations. You'll play a key role in supporting our lettings and property management departments and ensuring a seamless experience for clients, landlords, and tenants alike.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating tenant onboarding, ensuring documentation and compliance checks are in order
  • Managing property check-ins, check-outs, and routine inspections
  • Assisting with referencing, AML, and KYC processes
  • Supporting the lettings team in securing deals and progressing applications
  • Acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Helping ensure client properties are fully compliant before going to market

What we’re looking for:

  • Ideally, some experience in lettings or property administration (not essential)
  • Clear, confident communicator with great people skills
  • Organised, punctual, and reliable
  • Strong attention to detail and able to multitask
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and software
  • A genuine interest in London’s residential property market
