Job summary

Four Squared is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Ledger Clerk in Redditch to join our finance team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, producing insightful reports, and supporting month-end processes. Strong Excel skills and experience with Sage are preferred.

The role offers a competitive salary (£28,000–£32,000) and full-time hours. The ideal candidate will bring experience in Accounts Receivable or Sales Ledger and an analytical mindset to drive accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Ledger or Accounts Receivable roles.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, lookups and reporting functions.
• Experience using accounting software, ideally Sage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile the sales ledger.
• Post journals, accruals and other accounting adjustments.
• Run and analyse reports to support business decisions.
• Produce regular sales ledger and debtor reporting.
• Assist with month end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage customer account queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for accurate financial information.
• Support continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting.
