Sales Lead - Land & Joint
Location: Berkshire
Salary: Up to £75k + bonus
Are you a recent military leaver or someone seeking a second career move with experience in Land systems and sales? We are supporting a UK Defence SME in hiring a Sales Lead to work alongside their pursuit lead, focusing on their Land & Joint portfolio.
The role involves selling business services and products within the Land domain. You will be responsible for generating revenue directly with the MOD, as well as with Primes, OEMs, and SIs. Your goal will be to bring products to market and close deals with customers across the domain.
You will be at the forefront of the vertical, building the sales funnel through strategy, networking, and events. As the sales lead, your role will focus on developing and completing sales pipelines and cycles.
You will collaborate with the BD lead for the vertical and manage sales activities throughout the entire lifecycle.
This role is suitable for individuals with a background in the Land domain, specifically C2ISR systems, Signals, or infrastructure.
