As a Sales & Growth Manager at Socialbear, you are passionate about lead generation and selling to high-growth organisations in the UK and Internationally. You know how to compress decision cycles by penetrating accounts fast, and demonstrating value to prospective clients.

You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to customers. Always looking for new opportunities, you will use digital platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hunter.io to generate leads and outreach.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Become a subject matter expert on all of The Socialbear Group products and services.
  • Utilise consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of digital platforms to enhance customer support
  • Accurately manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system (HubSpot or similar).
  • Work directly in the field to research and find leads to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Strong focus on continuously meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Serve as an industry expert to educate decision makers and build rapport by keeping up with the latest trends to break down barriers and close sales.
  • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and potential clients.
  • Conduct research on potential clients’ products or services and outreaching through a means of digital channels to demonstrate value to the client
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to present proposals to address their requirements.
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as required.
  • Use a creative approach to selling and creating value for customers

What We Look For

  • Passion for selling SaaS based products and services.
  • 1-3 years of digital sales experience (AI sales is a bonus)
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals in a digital sales role.
  • Able to work/learn in fast paced environment
  • Able to communicate at executive and CxO level
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Competitive salary with commission structure and performance incentives.
