As a Sales & Growth Manager at Socialbear, you will be passionate about lead generation and selling to high-growth organizations in the UK and internationally. You will excel at penetrating accounts quickly and demonstrating value to prospective clients.

You love understanding products deeply and communicating their value. Using digital platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hunter.io, you will generate leads and outreach opportunities.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Become a subject matter expert on all Socialbear Group products and services.
  • Use consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on digital platforms to enhance customer support.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system (HubSpot or similar).
  • Research and find leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals monthly.
  • Educate decision-makers and build rapport by staying updated on industry trends.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Research potential clients’ products/services and outreach via digital channels to demonstrate value.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to present proposals.
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as needed.
  • Use creative selling approaches to create value for customers.

What We Look For

  • Passion for selling SaaS-based products and services.
  • 1-3 years of digital sales experience (AI sales is a bonus).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals in digital sales roles.
  • Able to work and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication at executive and CxO levels.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Competitive salary with commission and performance incentives.
