Job summary

Johnsons Cars is seeking a New & Used Car Sales Executive for our Volkswagen dealership in Warrington. You’ll greet customers, assess needs and guide them through the full sales process from enquiry to handover in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Benefits include £22,500 base salary with realistic £50,000 OTE, 31 days holiday, a company car, and industry-leading training with clear career progression across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven, customer-facing sales role.

• Professional approach with a passion for customer service.
• Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months).

• Welcoming and engaging every customer whether that’s face-to-face, online, or over the phone.
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle.
• Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Building relationships through follow-ups, videos, and regular updates.
