Johnsons Cars in Wigan is seeking a driven New & Used Car Sales Executive to join our Skoda, Seat & Cupra dealership. You will welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right vehicle, delivering an exceptional buying experience.

With £22,500 basic salary and realistic £50,000 OTE, a 5-day week, generous holiday and company benefits, you will join a supportive team focused on customer service, training, and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven, customer-facing sales role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming and engaging every customer face-to-face, online, or over the phone.
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle.
• Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Building relationships through follow-ups, videos, and regular updates.
