Job summary

Johnsons Cars is recruiting a New & Used Car Sales Executive for the Ford dealership in Sutton Coldfield. You’ll welcome customers face-to-face, online or by phone, understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle, guiding the full sales process from enquiry to handover.

Join a high-performing team with a 5-day week, a £22,500 basic salary and realistic £50k OTE, plus benefits such as a company car, pension, generous holiday and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven, customer-facing sales role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
