Job summary

Johnsons Cars Limited is seeking a New & Used Car Sales Executive for the Volkswagen Redditch site. You will welcome customers, understand their needs and manage the full sales process from enquiry to handover, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will join a driven, high-performing team with a supportive culture and clear career progression, enjoying a £22,500 basic salary plus a realistic £50,000 OTE, a 5-day week, and comprehensive benefits designed to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven, customer-facing sales role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, driven, and target-focused mindset.
• Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
