Job summary

Johnsons Cars in Solihull, a Volkswagen dealership, seeks a New & Used Car Sales Executive to welcome customers in person, online, or by phone and to match needs to the right vehicle. You will manage the full sales process from enquiry to handover and build relationships through follow-ups, videos, and updates while aiming to exceed targets as part of a high-performing team.

The role offers a £22,500 base salary with a realistic £50,000 OTE, a 5-day working week, 31 days holiday (rising to 33
